Each user who enters and uses the services of the e-shop is deemed to consent and accept the following terms bellow, without exception.
If someone does not agree with these terms, then he should refrain from the use of the e-shop and from any transaction with it.
The users` data (name, occupation, e-mail, home address, fixed telephone, mobile phone, etc.) and data on users` transactions with the e-shop are confidential, just as in on-premises transactions.
After providing their data required for transactions, users will be informed by the COMPANY and agree and accept the impending personal data processing for the purposes of smooth and easy transaction between the parties.
The entire content of the e-shop, including the trade names, trademarks, images, photos, texts etc. are the intellectual property of the COMPANY and are protected by the relevant provisions of European law and international conventions.
The COMPANY reserves the right to amend or revise the terms and conditions of transactions from thee-shop, whenever deems it necessary, but undertakes to inform its consumers of any change in the pages of this e-shop. The COMPANY has the exclusive right to change the price of any product at any time, without stating its reasons and without prior notice. After the final order confirmation the change of sales price is not possible.
The Company is committed to accuracy, truth and completeness of the information listed in the e-shop, both as regarding the identity of the company and the transactions provided through the e-shop. The company, respecting the requirements of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound for errors due to an accident (human error or inaccuracy of a supplier) during the registration of electronic data in the shop.
The COMPANY, in terms of its operations from the e-shop, is not responsible for any damages that may result from the execution or non-execution of orders, or delayed execution, for any reason.
The e-shop (COMPANY) with the trade mark www.greekfarm.gr does not guarantee the availability of products, but undertakes to promptly inform customers of the unavailability.
The COMPANY provides the content (eg information, names, photos, illustrations), products and services available through the website “just as exactly they are”. Under no circumstances shall the Company have civil or criminal liability for any damage (direct, special or consequential, which, without limitation, alternatively and / or cumulatively constitutes a loss of profits, data, lost profits, compensation, etc.) that a visitor of the e-shop or a third person may have incurred in relation to the operation or non-operation and / or use of the website and / or inability to provide services and / or products and / or information available from it and / or any non- permitted third party interventions in products and / or services and / or information available through the website.
The orders are completed through a particular procedure, described analytically below, because sometimes, for reasons that are not in our sphere of powers, there is a potential risk that a product that’s available on our website, eventually is not available or may not be deliverable within the delivery time indicated on greekfarm.gr website.
Users agree and undertake not to use the trademark of COMPANY for:
1). sending, publication, sending via email or otherwise transmitting any content that is illegal for any reason, causes illegal damage to the Company or any third party or infringes confidentiality or confidential information of any person
2). sending, publication, sending via email or otherwise transmitting any content that causes a breach of morality, social values, legal minority, etc.
3). sending, publication, sending via email or otherwise transmitting any content for which users have no right, in accordance with the law or valid contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements),
4). sending, publication, sending via email or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of others,
5). sending, publication, sending via email or otherwise transmitting any materials which contain software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destruct any computer software or hardware,
6). intentional or unintentional violation of applicable laws or rules,
7). harassment third parties in any way,
8). collecting or storing personal data about other users.
After entering the website www.greekfarm.gr the customer goes to the relevant field Login/Register. The customer should complete the required details with particular care and precision, in order to avoid any potential problems in the delivery of products.
Then the customer makes the order. Through a specific operational program and depending on a) the weight of the ordered products, b) the place of dispatch of the order, c) possible specific duties applicable to the place of delivery (eg execution of order in a country outside the European Union) the client is informed on the total cost of the order and can choose the payment method.
As soon as the COMPANY becomes aware of the order, it will contact you via sending an “order confirmation” e-mail to the email address you provided us.
If all the products referred in your request are available within the delivery time displayed in our e-shop, we will confirm by sending an e-mail to the email address you have registered and will include all the data of your order. Shipment of products shall be made on the basis of the delivery schedule of our associate courier company.
If some ordered items are not available and / or a product is not available within the displayed delivery time, then we will contact you via sending an e-mail to the email address you have registered in order to arrange for any modification or cancellation of the order request.
If for any reason we will not manage to reach you within a period of 10 days from sending of your order request, and the payment has not been made to our bank account, then your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request.
After confirming the order, the CUSTOMER shall pay for the ordered items in the way he had mentioned (deposit to a bank account of the Company or payment via PAYPAL), as prerequisite for the opening of the delivery process.
Without complete payment it is not possible to execute the order.
Payment by credit card is not currently possible.
B. RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the products sold by the Company it is difficult to return them after shipment to the customer. In any case of return the package must NOT have been opened. For the right of withdrawal, it is assumed that the product has not been used, the tags or the markings have not been removed from the products.
Finally, all products must be returned in perfect condition, as they were received, without damage and any defect.
It is highly exceptional for you to receive a product with a defect caused by the transfer or with totally or partly damaged packaging.
If you receive the product without expressing any complaints to a carrier, it means that you fully received the product from us. You can return the product or its defective or damaged part to the carrier without any charge, if at the time of receipt you identify these damages and / or defects.
The return of products at COMPANY`S cost can be performed in all cases in which the order is carried our incorrectly, ie in case of delivery of the incorrect type of product or incorrect quantity.
If after opening the packaging the customer finds that the product is defective, the Company undertakes to replace it at its own expense. In this case the customer has to provide the Company a certificate from an official state institution of laboratory testing of such products, which will ensure the inadequacy – non-compliance of the product.
The products must be returned in the condition, as they were received by the customer. If not they are not returned at the agreed with the COMPANY time, then the COMPANY is entitled not to accept the returned products and therefore refuse to replace them.
In each case, the product to be replaced should be returned with all the documents accompanying it and the complete package. The return of products at COMPANY`S expense will be made by the same carrier that delivered them to the client and collaborates with the Company.
If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the COMPANY has the right to claim compensation from the client, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and carry out unilaterally the full or half of the set-off of this Customer`s claim.
The returned products delivered to the customer without any reason will not be accepted by the COMPANY. The calculation system of the total amount of the order, but also the ex post electronic confirmation of this, give the customer the possibility of withdrawal. After paying the owed amount and shipment of the products, the returned products will not be accepted, except for special circumstances mentioned above.
C. PRIVATE DATA – USERS` CODES
The Company recognizes the importance of security of personal data and electronic transactions, and has taken all necessary measures using the most modern and advanced methods to ensure maximum safety. All information related to the users’ personal information is kept as confidential.
There are two codes used for your identification: the Username and the Password, which each time you enter them provide with absolute security the access to your personal information. You may change your password as often as you wish. You are the only person who has access to your personal information through the above codes and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy from third parties. In case of loss or leak you should warn us immediately. The Company is not responsible for the use of a password by an unauthorized person. The e-shop of our COMPANY in no way discloses or publishes your personal data and information entrusted to us. Personal data which you make available to us by your membership is used solely for carrying out of your trading transactions. All information is encrypted and stored safely. The COMPANY undertakes not to disclose customer information and transactions, unless authorized in a written form by them, or it is a judicial decision or decision of any public authority.
Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or exceptional occurrences beyond its control. Indicatively and not restrictively, our company is not responsible for delay in delivery due to delays in customs, intermediate loading and unloading areas, transport strikes or other strikes that affect the delivery of goods in the warehouses of our company by our suppliers etc.
